JUNIOR CRICKET AT STCC

Junior cricket forms the heartbeat of Seaford Tigers Cricket Club, where we are dedicated to nurturing young talent and preparing players for higher levels of competition. Our junior season runs from October to March providing extensive opportunity for skill development and the joy of playing cricket.

Our training sessions focus on guiding our young players through the fundamentals of the game, helping them refine their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to build a pathway for juniors to seamlessly progress to senior cricket, ensuring the long-term success of our club. Beyond the game itself, our junior cricket program plays a vital role in bringing local families together, fostering social connections and a strong sense of community.

A highlight of our junior program is the Senior & U/14 Buddy Program, which fosters integration between junior and senior players. This initiative not only enhances camaraderie but also allows experienced players to mentor and pass on their knowledge to younger teammates. Buddies support each other throughout the season, attending training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, and offering genuine encouragement during games.
